- Cable TV and satellite TV facilities
- Elevators and escalators
- Lighting fixtures, lighting schedule and control
- Metering facilities and energy management systems
- Natural Gas facilities for the supply of piped natural gas to end-users through building networks
- Public address system for public announcement
- Pumping system for carpark and drainage
- Uninterruptible power supply (UPS)
- Water supply equipment and plumbing, hot water system, solar panels, drinking fountains, etc.
